4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer pan-India delivery. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

5. Is there a delivery charge?
No, we offer free delivery on all orders.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, COD is not available. We accept UPI and card payments.

7. What is your return or exchange policy?
If the product you receive is damaged, we will offer a return or exchange. Please contact us within 1 day of delivery to initiate the process.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI and credit/debit card payments through our secure payment gateway.

9. Do I need an appointment to visit the store?
No appointment is needed. You’re welcome to walk in during our store hours, 10 AM to 9 PM.

10. Do all locations have the same stock?
